Our Service

◆Free Training

Prior to the installation and commissioning of the equipment are qualified and put into use, our technical personnel shall conduct on-site training and instruct relevant engineering and technical personnel of the customer on normal operation steps and matters needing attention in daily maintenance.

◆Free Maintenance

After three months of use, the equipment will be returned to the company by telephone; after half a year, the equipment will be repaired for free.

◆Peak Stagnation Point

During the double 11 and double 12 periods, the company will arrange personnel to provide maintenance service at peak time. During the warranty period of the project, we provide free on-site service, after the warranty period of the project maintenance costs of the site can be negotiated.

◆Lifelong Maintenance

1. After the warranty period of the equipment is expired, we will replace the parts with abnormal operation at cost price.

2. After-sales service personnel shall provide free technical support, technical training and other matters needing attention of equipment to users.
